This is the best coconut butter around by far ā€“ so creamy and delicious! I make a simple cookie with 1 cup Light Cellar coconut butter (softened or slightly melted); 1 cup coconut flakes; 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon sea salt. Bake for 10 mins at 350 degrees F and let them cool on the cookie sheet and a great little snack!
